From record-setting Instagram carousels and a summer concert series we engaged them as organically as possible. We interacted with their favorite celebs, we threw special parties and asked them to bring a friend. Our social voice was strong, often lifting in-store sales with great creative. We asked them to express themselves with the biggest event in 7-Eleven history - Bring Your Own Cup Day. BYOC Day was a huge success both in-store and online.
